Refund & Guarantee Policy

In short: Every purchase is protected two ways — a 30-day money-back guarantee if Prometheus isn't right for you, and a 90-day profit guarantee where we coach you one-on-one until you're in profit. Both cover your purchase and our support of you — not money lost while trading.

1. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a full refund of what you paid for the Prometheus software and training. If it's not for you, email us within the window and follow the simple steps in section 5 — no run-around.

2. The 90-Day Profit Guarantee

We're committed to your success, so we stay on the hook with you. If, within 90 days of purchase, you have completed the setup, followed the included training and strategy presets, and traded a qualifying minimum investment but are still not in profit, our team will work with you one-on-one — at no extra cost — reviewing and optimising your setup until the system performs for you.

To qualify for the profit guarantee, we'll ask you to show that you actually used the system as taught — for example, a completed setup, your strategy configuration, and your trade history. This is a service commitment to help you succeed; it is not a promise of specific market returns and does not refund trading losses (see section 4).

3. What's Covered

The money-back guarantee refunds the price you paid us for access. The profit guarantee covers ongoing, hands-on help to get your setup working. To qualify for either, we may ask you to show that you followed the training steps and gave the system a fair try.

4. What's Not Covered

  • Trading losses. Money you lose in the market is not refundable — trading carries risk.
  • Fees charged by third parties such as exchanges, banks, or payment processors.
  • Money-back requests made after the 30-day window.
  • Profit-guarantee claims where the setup or training steps were not followed, or no qualifying investment was made.
  • Refunds claimed through chargebacks rather than our process below.

5. How to Request a Refund or Make a Claim

  • Email support@prometheusai.tech with the subject line "Refund Request" or "Profit Guarantee."
  • Include the email and name you used at purchase, plus your order or receipt number.
  • For a profit-guarantee claim, attach proof of your setup, strategy configuration and trade history so we can help.
  • Tell us briefly what's happening — your feedback helps us improve.

6. How Long It Takes

We aim to review requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

7. Cryptocurrency Payments

If you paid with cryptocurrency, refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency. Because crypto values change, the refunded coin amount is based on the value at the time of refund, which may differ from what you originally paid.

8. After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your access to the software and training ends.
